	Ed Allen (Owner/Forest Consultant) Ed is an expeienced forester with over 40 Years of land management experience. He has 18 years managing over 40,000 acres for Steiger Lumber Company. His expertise and knowledge has made Steiger's Timber Operations one of the top timber producing organizations in Upper Michigan and throughout Northern Wisconsin. Ed is a member of the Lake Gogebic Improvement Association.
	Jody Allen(Owner/Financial Advisor) Jody is Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer of Gogebic Range Bank. She has 30 years of banking experience, including loan officer, Assistant Vice President Branch Manager of MFC First National Bank. Jody is a graduate of Luther L. Wright High School in Ironwood, School of Business in Milwaukee WI, and Northern Michigan School of Banking. Jody is a member of the Ironwood Ambassadors Club and the Lake Gogebic Improvement Association.
	Josh Allen (Land Purchase and Sales) Josh is currently running all Land Management and Sales for the Western United States. He currently works Quality Assurance in the United States Air force where he has been 7 years.
	Jennifer Allen (Secretary/Public Relations) Jenn is currently handling all personnel phone calls and observing paperwork status on West Shore Venture Land Sales Accounts. Jenn is currently in the Air Force where she has held that position for 4 years. She has a background filing extensive paperwork which include medical filing, insurance claims, and tax preparation.
